May 1 - "Sip and see" preview of Kentucky derby raffles
Anyone can enter the raffles!
Here's a chance to see and enter the Horses, Hats, and Roses raffles. They'll be set up for the event and you don't need an admission ticket to enter. Drop by Hubbard Arts Center between 5pm and 7pm on Friday, May 1, to view the prizes and enter the raffles. Light refreshments will be available. Drawings will be held at the event on Saturday but winners do not need to be present at the drawings and winners can pick them up at the museum the following week.
may 2 - Derby Historical Museum opens for the season
Open 10am - 2pm Saturday, May 2
The Museum officially opens for the season on May 2 and will be open every Saturday after that through October. This year's opening has been delayed due to construction for improvements to the facility. Throughout the season, additional construction may cause some exhibits to be in disarray, so please excuse the "mess" while we make the facility more enjoyable for both our visitors and for our artifacts.

You don't have to be present to win the raffles
Anyone can enter the Horses, Hats & Roses raffles. Winners don't have to be present to win, but prizes must be picked up at the museum. No shipping.
Enter the raffles at the "Sip and See" event on May 1 and at the museum from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, May 2. Or you can enter the raffles online throughout the month of April. Tickets are $5 each and winners will be drawn at the Horses, Hats & Roses event May 2 (winners do not have to be present to win).
